Pick a blind double starter deck and spend 40 minutes using it to build a 60 card deck. Then play 3 best-of-3 50 minute Swiss rounds. Pack per win prize support (minimum of one pack to each player), plus the prerelease promo and probably some extra promo stuff we've got laying around.
